Heidi Kaivalya received her 900 hours of training in Muscular Therapy from the Cortiva Institute, Boston in 2008. She has since taken many continuing education courses that have further refined and informed her skills.

Heidi delivers a relaxing experience while affecting deeply held tension in the soft tissues of the body through neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, and stretching.

Heidi aims to restore balance to the body by freeing restricted connective tissue and by bringing the soft tissue back to resting length.

Her treatments are individual to the client’s needs and have an integrative holistic approach that considers the whole body and its tension patterns that cause the symptoms.
