Most frequently, but not solely - patients come to Liza for treatment of a sports injury, chronic stress/fatigue, back, hip, neck, shoulder, foot, wrist pain, migraines, and for women specifically, menopause (hot flashes, night sweats).

Liza McConnell is a licensed acupuncturist, board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) with licenses in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New York. She has been practicing acupuncture and its related healing arts since 2003. She graduated with Honors from Tri-State College of Acupuncture in New York City. She has advanced training and treatment experience with Traditional Chinese Medicine, Japanese acupuncture, Acupuncture Physical Medicine, Tui Na, Qi Gong and Gua Sha. Her time volunteering is spent with the Global Alternative Health Care Project (GAHP).
